CLASSES, MEMBERSHIPS, & CANCELLATIONS
You may participate in classes by purchasing an Individual class pass, class punchcard/multi class pass, or monthly membership.
All passes and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS. Members may terminate their monthly membership by providing written notice to email@example.com at least 30 days prior to the start of the calendar month of the desired cancellation.
AUTOMATIC BILLING & RENEWAL. Monthly memberships fees will be billed automatically until such time as Karib has received a cancellation in accordance with these terms.
For the safety of all, in-person class sizes are limited. A missed class fee will be charged for select virtual and in-person classes if a cancellation is not made prior to applicable time. Cancellations must be made 12 hours prior to class in order to allow those on the wait list adequate notice that they have been added to the class schedule.
- No shows and cancellations after the late cancel period shall result in either (a) the loss of the class (for those clients with punch passes or individual/drop-in class packages) or (b) a charge of $10 to your account (for those clients with 21 day or monthly memberships).
- Payment for private training/lessons is due at time of booking, and is subject to a 24 hr cancellation policy. No refunds will be issued for any private lesson cancelled/changed with less than 24 hours notice.
