ADULT DANCE & FITNESS CLASSES
AFRO JAZZ
Afro Jazz is a fusion of African, Caribbean, and Afro-Brazilian, and jazz dance styles. Classes are up-beat and begin with a warm-up, followed by movement across the floor and a choreographed combination.
DANCE CONDITIONING
This class focuses on strengthening, toning, and stretching various parts of the body, with the goal for dancers to develop muscle endurance, strength, coordination, and flexibility.
WEST AFRICAN DANCE
This class is specifically designed for dancers to learn traditional West African dances and technique, and incorporates the drumming of our ancestors. Dancers will also gain understanding of the West African traditional dance culture

Students will explore and learn rhythms from African and her Diaspora. Classes will focus on confidence, while improving students' comfort on the drums.
